Không load được IDM patcher.exe

Mình tải IDM v4.62 build 10 Retail + Patcher về giải nén và cài đặt "idman642build10f.exe"
Sau khi cài đặt xong thì chạy file "_IDM Patcher.exe" nhựng bị báo lỗi này. 

Mong được admin và mọi người hỗ trợ.
